Made with Grandpa Dan's small batch, hand-milled wheat, corn and rye flours, this nutrient dense pizza crust is made with whole grains for a filling, satisfying dinner! We promise you haven't had pizza crust quite like this before. Add your favorite toppings and bake for just a few minutes and - viola! - dinner is served.

Handmade and par-baked exclusively for Pasture Grazed by Jens Artisan Breads. Approximate size 10 ½ “ x 14” & feeds 3-4 people.

Par-baked, short for "partially baked", is a cooking technique that involves partially baking a dough or bread product and then rapidly freezing it for storage. The dough is baked until it's about 85% cooked, which is enough to set its internal texture but prevents it from developing a crunchy crust. When thawed, par-baked bread can be baked again for a few minutes to create a crispy crust and a perfectly chewy interior.
