Half Beef Deposit - FALL 2025

Pre-order a custom cut half beef. This order will be ready in November 2025. Final cost will be $4.25/lb for hanging weight (average 350 lbs). You will pay Eickman's Processing separately for custom processing and pick up your beef directly from their store.

This is a deposit only to hold your order for the fall. A final invoice will be distributed once your meat is at the butcher based on final hanging weight. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
