Quarter Beef Deposit - FALL 2026

Pre-order a custom cut half beef. This order will be ready in October/November 2026. This is a deposit only. 

Final cost will be $5.18/lb for hanging weight (average 200 lbs). Final invoice will be issued in the fall once your beef is ready to be cut. 

You will pay Eickman's Processing separately for custom processing and pick up your beef directly from their store. All of our beef is grass fed, grain finished and raised using regenerative grazing practices.
